San Angelo Security Service was founded in 1961 by James R. McClellan, a 28-year veteran policeman and former Chief of the San Angelo Police Department. We are the oldest and largest continually operating security provider in the Concho Valley and are the only security company in the Concho Valley who provides local monitoring of our customers. Our 24/7 monitoring station is UL approved and “5 Diamond” certified, a designation held by less than 4% of central monitoring stations. We are committed to providing professional and effective security system design, installation, service and monitoring to our valued customers, who include single family residences, small businesses, government and municipal buildings, schools, hospitals, utility providers, and more. We are licensed by the Texas Private Security Board and each of our employees is subjected to personal background checks before joining our team.
